Dear Participants,
The highly anticipated 2024 AsRES-GCREC & AREUEA Joint Annual Conference is set to commence this Thursday. However, according to the Taiwan Central Weather Bureau's forecast, a typhoon is expected to impact the region on Thursday, July 25th.
In accordance with Taiwan's regulations, if the government issues a closure announcement for that day, all conference activities scheduled for July 25th will be canceled. This includes the afternoon Cocktail Reception. Should there be no such government announcement, all activities will proceed as originally planned.
We eagerly await your arrival in Hsinchu and wish you an exceptional experience at the conference.
